  2. Choose a comedy voice or angle.
  3. Choose how many directions you want.
  4. Add an optional focus word if one image or object matters.

  6. Pick the strongest direction and write your own punchline from there.

Example Input

Premise: My doctor told me I need more exercise.
Voice: Self-Deprecating
Focus: doctor

Example Output

Direction: Reversal — What if the doctor is in worse shape than you?
Direction: Paraprosdokian — How can the final words change the meaning of the setup?

Comedy Tip

Do not marry the first punchline direction. Date a few. Comedy is cheaper than divorce, but barely.

Tip: This tool gives punchline directions, not finished jokes. The comedian still drives the truck.
